Personal Training Packages

All Personal Training is being done virtually at the moment via Zoom (don’t worry if you have never used Zoom before, when you sign up I will send you a guide on using Zoom and getting the most out of your virtual experience).

I ask that all clients initially train with me a minimum of twice a week, so we can establish a consistent training routine and learn the core movements, these sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes long. Payment is to be made monthly at the beginning of each month .

2 x 30 minute sessions per week = £38 per week

2 x 45 minute sessions per week = £55 per week

2 x 60 minute sessions per week = £70 per week

3 x 30 minute sessions per week = £55 per week

3 x 45 minute sessions per week = £80 per week

3 x 60 minute sessions per week = £100 per week
